H.V.A.C. Plumbing. Electric.
HVAC technicians, installers, plumbers, and electricians are some of the most valuable members of our community. Without functioning heat or hot water and the increasing need for air conditioning and indoor air quality, most people couldn’t live comfortably. Many industry professionals currently in the workforce are planning for retirement in the next decade, so the industry is working overtime to recruit young men and women to join the trades. For those new to the trade, consider joining Walley’s and help us bring a New Degree of Service to more markets. Demand is high, the prospects are bright, and the water is warm. Now is a great time to get into the trades!
Expert Customer Service.
When our service and install teams are out in the field, who’s to answer calls, respond to emails, or submit proposals? Without our in-house sales and support, the service and install teams would be on their own and unable to deliver the valuable work our community needs. This makes Sales and Support a valuable asset in our day-to-day operations. Each department was designed to complement each other and reduce the workload, limiting stress in the workspace and boosting morale. This is just one of the ways Walley’s is bringing new ideas to the workplace. The result is a seamless experience from the first call to the last follow-up. Interested in learning more? We are always looking for talented people to join our team. Even if you aren’t an industry buff, we encourage talented individuals with friendly customer service and strong computer skills to reach out to us. We hope to hear from you!
Managing Key Resources.
Next to our team, the most critical resource we have is our building and fleet. Without a functioning office and warehouse, we wouldn’t be able to take calls, store inventory, or receive deliveries. The same goes for our fleet-without a safe, clean, and well-stocked vehicle ready to service each day, we couldn’t do our jobs. For these reasons and more, we view our building and fleet team members as some of the most important people on the roster. We are always looking for passionate individuals to join the Walley family. For those with a background in building maintenance, construction cleanup, and general labor or auto detailing, this might be the perfect place to hang your hat. For students, we also offer great part-time positions after school!
Working “On” the Business.
This is the important work of organizing a business, and it never ends. There is always something to improve, and a member of our executive team is responsible for all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into Walley’s brand. From finance and human resources to marketing and business development, this team is filled with creative people who really care about building a great company. If you want to help create a better service experience, get more youth into trades, and scale it to other markets, start a conversation with HR to see if this is a good fit for your talents.
